Thank you for shopping with Pawtrait Pal! Every portrait we create is custom-made and uniquely illustrated based on your pet's photo. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds for Custom Artwork
As all orders are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please ensure that the photo you upload meets our quality guidelines so we can create the best possible portrait for your pet.
Damages and Issues
We want you to love your portrait! Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at pawtraitpal@gmail.com if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The printed portrait is defective
- You received the wrong item
If a problem is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Requests for replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photos of the issue.
Reprints / Corrections
If you are unhappy with the artwork due to the illustration itself, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to make minor revisions (where applicable). Reprints for customer-requested changes (after approving a proof, if applicable) may incur a fee.
